Returns
We hope you are 100% happy with your Yu・ito purchase.
However, if you would like to return your item for any reason, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn, washed, or opened from sealed packaging may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
- You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days of receipt.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)

Please ensure that returned items are well packaged (as damaged items cannot be refunded!).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item received is faulty or damaged
- The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographs and your order number.
We will offer either a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund (subject to eligibility).
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, used, or washed
- Items with original packaging missing
- Orders returned more than 14 days after the return notice
